Shipping

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days from receipt of payment. In the rare occasion that your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you with an update.

Out of stock

If an item is temporary out of stock and on back order we will give you the option of either a refund or to see if you would prefer to have a similar alternative that will do the same job.

Tax

All of our prices include VAT, the price you see is the price you pay.

Payment

We use PayPal because of its high level of security and the fact that you can use credit or debit cards without having the need of a PayPal account.

Returns

We are extremely confident in the products we sell, but if you are not happy with your purchase or find the item purchased is not suitable for your needs you can return to us for a no quibble refund or exchange.
